  • Veggies: ½ red bell pepper, finely diced; ½ yellow bell pepper, finely diced; 1 small carrot, julienned or grated; 50 g baby spinach leaves, roughly chopped; 50 g shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
  • Toppings & Garnish: 16 pretzel sticks (for tree trunks); Sesame seeds or poppy seeds (optional, for snow); 1 small yellow bell pepper, sliced into stars (for tree toppers)

Step 1:
In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, minced garlic, chives, salt, and pepper until smooth.

Recipe FAQs

Can I use different vegetables for the wraps?

Absolutely! Feel free to substitute or add veggies like cucumber, purple cabbage, or zucchini to customize flavors and colors.

What are good alternatives to cream cheese in the spread?

Hummus or vegan spreads work well for a dairy-free option while keeping the creamy texture.

How do I achieve the tree shape with the wraps?

After spreading the filling, roll the tortillas tightly and slice on a bias into segments resembling tree shapes. Pretzel sticks serve as the trunks, and bell pepper stars make great toppers.

What is the best way to crisp the wraps in the air fryer?

Arrange the wrap segments cut side up without overcrowding and air fry at 180°C (350°F) for 6-8 minutes until golden and crisp.

Can I prepare these wraps ahead of time?

Yes, you can assemble them in advance and air fry just before serving to maintain their crispness and fresh appearance.
