Ingredients

  • Fresh Fruits: 1 large pomegranate, seeds separated, 2 kiwis peeled and sliced, 1 large starfruit carambola sliced crosswise into stars, 1 mango peeled and diced, 1 cup green grapes halved, 1 cup blueberries
  • Garnish: 2 tbsp fresh mint leaves finely sliced, Zest of 1 lime, 1 tbsp honey or agave syrup (optional for drizzling)

Instructions

Step 1:
Prepare all fruits Separate pomegranate seeds, slice kiwis and starfruit, dice mango, halve grapes, and rinse blueberries.
Step 2:
On a large serving platter, arrange the starfruit slices in a star pattern as the centerpiece.
Step 3:
Scatter mango cubes, kiwi slices, and grape halves around the starfruit to create colorful layers.
Step 4:
Sprinkle pomegranate seeds and blueberries evenly over the platter for pops of color.
Step 5:

Step 6:
