06 - 1 tablespoon Sriracha or hot chili sauce
07 - 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
08 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
09 - 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger

11 - 1 teaspoon sesame seeds

# How to Make It:
01 - Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
02 - Place salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Pat dry with paper towels and season evenly with salt and black pepper.
03 - Combine honey, soy sauce, Sriracha, lime juice, minced garlic, and grated ginger in a small bowl. Whisk until fully incorporated.
04 - Brush half of the honey glaze evenly over the salmon fillets, reserving the remainder for later.
05 - Bake salmon for 10 to 12 minutes, until just cooked through but still moist.
06 - Remove from oven, apply the remaining glaze, then broil for 2 to 3 minutes until caramelized and slightly charred on the edges.
07 - Finish by garnishing with chopped cilantro, sesame seeds, and a squeeze of fresh lime juice. Serve immediately.
