# How to Make It:

01 - Wash and slice cucumbers lengthwise into thin, even slices approximately 0.16 inch (4 mm) thick.
02 - Using a star-shaped cookie cutter (around 1.2–1.6 inch diameter), cut stars from the cucumber slices and set aside on paper towels to absorb excess moisture.
03 - In a mixing bowl, blend cream cheese, sour cream, chopped dill, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper until smooth and homogeneous.
04 - Transfer the cheese mixture into a piping bag fitted with a small star tip or a plastic bag with a snipped corner.
05 - Arrange cucumber stars on a serving platter and pipe a small dollop of the cheese mixture onto each star.
06 - Decorate each star with a tiny piece of red bell pepper and a sprig of dill for festive presentation.
07 - Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 1 hour before serving.
