# How to Make It:

02 - Form the mixture into approximately 24 meatballs, each about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a parchment-lined plate or baking sheet.
03 - Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Brown meatballs in batches, turning to brown all sides for about 2-3 minutes per side, then remove and set aside.
04 - In the same skillet, add 1 tablespoon olive oil and sauté chopped onion over medium heat until softened, approximately 5 minutes. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
