→ Vegetables

02 - 1 medium yellow onion, finely chopped
03 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
04 - 8 oz cremini or white mushrooms, sliced
05 - 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped, plus more for garnish

→ Pasta

06 - 8 oz uncooked egg noodles

→ Dairy

07 - 1 cup sour cream
08 - 2 tbsp unsalted butter

→ Liquids

09 - 2 1/2 cups beef broth
10 - 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
11 - 2 tbsp olive oil

→ Spices & Seasonings

12 - 1 tsp paprika
13 - Salt and black pepper, to taste

# How to Make It:

01 - Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil and 1 tablespoon butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add beef slices in a single layer, season with salt and pepper, and sear 2–3 minutes until browned but not fully cooked. Remove the beef and set aside.
02 - Add remaining olive oil and butter to the skillet. Sauté onions and mushrooms 5–6 minutes until softened and golden. Stir in garlic and paprika; cook 1 minute until fragrant.
03 - Pour in Worcestershire sauce and beef broth, scraping the skillet bottom to release browned bits.
04 - Add uncooked egg noodles, ensuring they are mostly submerged. Bring to a simmer, cover, and cook 8–10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until noodles are tender.
05 - Return beef and any accumulated juices to the skillet. Reduce heat to low and gently fold in sour cream until sauce is creamy and beef is cooked through. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
06 - Sprinkle chopped parsley over the dish before serving.
