# How to Make It:
- Set the oven temperature to 400°F.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sauté onion for 2 to 3 minutes until softened. Add garlic and ground beef, breaking up the meat, and cook until browned, about 5 to 6 minutes.
- Incorporate chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir in water and simmer for 3 to 4 minutes until the mixture slightly thickens. Remove from heat.
- Arrange tortilla chips evenly on a large baking sheet or ovenproof platter. Spread the beef mixture evenly over the chips. Top with black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, jalapeño slices if using, and black olives.
- Evenly distribute shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses across the assembled toppings.
- Bake in preheated oven for 8 to 10 minutes until the cheese melts and bubbles.
- Remove from oven and garnish with sour cream, guacamole, and fresh cilantro. Serve immediately with lime wedges.
