Instructions

- In a large bowl whisk together the melted butter peanut butter brown sugar and granulated sugar until smooth.

- In a separate bowl whisk together flour baking powder and salt.

- Add dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.

- Sprinkle semi-sweet and milk chocolate chips evenly over the batter.
- Step 8:
- Drop spoonfuls of the remaining batter over the chocolate layer and gently spread to cover most of the chocolate (its okay if some chocolate peeks through).
- Step 9:
- Bake for 23 25 minutes or until the edges are golden and the center is just set (do not overbake for gooey bars).
- Step 10:
- Allow to cool completely in the pan before lifting out and cutting into bars.
